Q: I went to buy tickets for tonight's show and your website says that they are no longer available. Are you sold out?
A: We stop all advance sales at 5 pm the day of the show. This gives us time to compile the Will Call list. Tickets are still available at the door. Shows that are sold out will say so on the website.

Q: What does Sold Out mean?
A. Sold Out means that there are no more tickets available for purchase. We frequently sell out our concerts, so it is always best to prepurchase your tickets via the Internet or at the venue. We do not oversell our available seats.

Q: What time should I get there to get a good place to see the performance?
A: There is no bad place to see a performance at THE FLASH. At least that's the idea. But doors open 1 hour prior to the posted start time of the show.

Q: I don't want to order tickets on the Internet. How else can I get them?
A: You can purchase them in person at THE FLASH Friday through Sunday from 7 to 11 PM

Q: How old do I have to be to come to THE FLASH?
A: We are an all ages venue.

Q: Do you take credit cards at the door?
A: Generally, we take cash at the door, however, we can take credit cards at the register on the night of the show. Simply tell the door person you are paying with a credit card, they will direct you to the register, you then return and show the door person the receipt.

Q: What time should I get there to get a good place to see the performance?
A. THE FLASH doors open 1 hour prior to the posted start time of the show. Seating is first come, first serve unless you have reserve member seating.

Q: How do I (or my band) get booked at THE FLASH?
A: Artists looking to get booked at THE FLASH should refer to our Booking Policy page on this website. Please do not send CD's or press kits to the venue, as we no longer accept physical press kits. Follow the instructions under the booking information section. Please do not call the venue regarding booking.

Q: Why is there an advance price and a DOS (day of show) price?
A: We have a cheaper advance price to encourage people to prepurchase their tickets. This allows us to predict the attendance and properly set up the room and staff the venue for each concert. In addition, it helps us to notify customers when the shows are getting close to full so they can get a ticket before it is sold out.
