Video/Audio Recording Policy
Guests or customers of the coffeehouse are not permitted to record performances in any manner (audio, video, webcasting, etc.) without prior permission from KENNETT FLASH and the artist.
Guests and/or artists who wish to record a show must make that request in writing at least two weeks in advance of a show. Please Note: anyone who is recording must sign a contract requiring that any distribution of the recording gives credit to KENNETT FLASH and a waiver of responsibility should the recording (video or audio) equipment be damaged on the premises of KENNETT FLASH. Please send all recording inquiries to the attention of our manager at manager@kennettflash.org.
Flash photography is not allowed in the venue and for some concerts no photos are allowed (discretion of artist, will be announced if there are absolutely no photos allowed). If non-flash photographs are allowed, we ask that the photographer exercise discretion and take a limited number of photos. We ask that photographers cease and desist when asked by management.
