His versatility of sound and style has allowed him the opportunity to play in a variety of settings from jazz groups, pop/rock bands to churches and orchestras. Nolan has performed across Louisiana with artists like the Glenn Miller Orchestra, Larry Sieberth and Doug Stone. As a side man and music arranger, Nolan can be heard on six different albums and is a featured soloist on Bryan Tuk`s “Life in High Gravity”. Nolan leads his own jazz octet that is routed in the music of the Dave Pell Octet.
