Michael joined the Flash as its executive director in August 2022 after several years of frequenting the venue as both an audience member and a performer. Michael previously worked as a production manager, composer, and sound designer for regional theaters in Philadelphia, Wilmington, and New York City. He most recently served as the program director at the Darlington Fine Arts Center in Garnet Valley. Michael is looking forward to revitalizing the incredible shows that the Kennett community have come to love while also ushering The Flash into the next stage of its evolution.

Jo-Ann joined the Flash in August 2021 and managed the venue from March 2022 until August 2022. Jo-Ann has a background as a lighting designer, prop master, and stage manager for live theater and music productions all across the east coast.
