Over the years they have slowly expanded and transformed into the energetic and tight knit band they are today. Since the additions of drummer Nik Mulrine and guitar player Drew Cook, and bass player Brian Kagel, Blank Pages has grown in talent and their sound. With the goal to write whatever comes to mind, their original music isn’t tied to any one genre, but a collective mix of the band’s influences. As a whole, they are looking to bring people together through their unique sound and shared passion for music. With a sound rooted in blues, folk, rock, and soul, the rotating cast breathes new life into classic songs while showcasing powerful original compositions. Their performances are a vibrant journey through time, bridging the past and present with heartfelt storytelling, infectious rhythms, and soulful melodies. Whether on stage or on the road, the Roots Revival Roadshow keeps the spirit of tradition alive while creating a sound all their own. This February, in celebration of Black History Month, the Roots Revival Roadshow is embarking on a healing-centered musical journey. Hailing from York, Pennsylvania, Megan Woodland, Jeff Hewitt and their band weave a multifaceted soundscape of folk-pop, dreamy art-rock, and mellow Americana. Over the last 11 years, The Wild Hymns have independently released 4 full-length albums of original songs and toured internationally as both duo and full band, building a solid fan base of dreamers. Megan and Jeff met in 2008 through music, fell in love in 2012, formed The Wild Hymns in March of 2014 and married in October 2014. They are two kind, creative and gentle souls who love to travel and share their love of music and art.
